About A-1 Carpet Cleaning

I'm Craig, and I run A-1 Carpet Cleaning here in Knoxville. I handle things personally from the first phone call through to walking you around the finished job, so you're not passed between different people along the way.

My focus is on identifying what's actually going on in a carpet or rug before I clean it, whether that's ground-in dirt, a pet stain that's gone deeper than it looks, or an odor that keeps coming back. I use methods that are safe for color and fiber, so nothing comes back faded or damaged, and I explain what I'm doing at each step so you're not left guessing.

Most of my work is right here in Knoxville and the towns around it, for homes and businesses. I'd rather take the time to get one job right than rush through several, and that shows in how thorough each visit is.
