Question 1

How does the process work?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a free, no-obligation site survey so I can see your home and understand what you need. From there I provide a fixed written quote, and once you're happy to proceed I carry out the installation and keep you informed throughout.

Question 2

How much will my conservatory or windows cost?

Accepted Answer

Every job is different, so I don't give prices over the phone. After a free survey I provide a fixed written quote based on exactly what your home needs, with no hidden extras.

Question 3

Are you insured and is the work guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I'm fully insured and stand behind every installation I carry out. If anything needs attention after the job is complete, you can rely on me to sort it.

Question 4

How long does an installation take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the job - a single door or window can often be fitted in a day, while a full conservatory or whole-house replacement takes longer. I'll give you a clear timeframe as part of your quote.

Question 5

Do you offer finance or help with any grants?

Accepted Answer

I can talk through your options during the survey, but every quote is provided as a clear fixed price so you know exactly what you're paying.

Question 6

Accepted Answer
