Question 1

How does the process work?

Accepted Answer

I start with a free on-site estimate so I can see your property and understand what you want, then I put together a written quote before any work begins. Once you approve it, my crew schedules the job and handles everything from prep to finishing.

Question 2

How much does a pool or concrete project cost?

Accepted Answer

Every pool, concrete slab, paver patio or retaining wall is priced individually after I've seen the site and talked through what you need, so I can't quote a number without a free on-site estimate. You'll always get a clear written price before work starts.

Question 3

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Concrete & Pools By Zunun is fully insured, and I stand behind the quality of every pool, concrete and landscaping job my crew completes.

Question 4

How long does an install take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size and scope of the project, but my crew works efficiently to keep jobs on schedule; a full concrete slab, for example, has been poured and finished in as little as four days.

Question 5

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

I can talk through your budget and options during your free estimate, so bring any payment questions along to that visit.

Question 6

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

I work throughout Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand area, including Conway, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet.
