Project Management
Project Management in Franklin
I'm on site through each stage of the build, keeping trades scheduled, the site tidy and the job moving week to week.
A pool build only stays on track if someone is sequencing the trades, checking work as it happens and keeping the site in order between visits. That's what I do for the length of your build, so excavation, gunite, plumbing, decking and finishing land in the right order without gaps.
You get one point of contact for the whole project. If something needs a decision or a design tweak partway through, you're talking straight to me, not leaving messages with an office.
What's included
- On-site daily during active build phases
- Trades and deliveries scheduled in sequence
- Site cleaned up daily and weekly
- Weekly progress goals tracked
- Direct point of contact throughout

Cameron’s pool experience was a key deciding factor for us, and as a contractor myself I know that communication is a huge factor for a project like a new pool. Cameron was always very responsive to questions, issues, and any design changes along the way. He understands that quality is of the upmost importance and fixes things that do not meet his high standards. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an experienced and dedicated pool contractor!
From the very beginning of our pool build and continue through out Cameron and his team were very respectful communication was always there they made sure everything was cleaned up daily and weekly goals were met in timely fashion and in the end myself and family are extremely happy with the pool they built for us
Cam and Pool Fever installed my pool 5 years ago and have been servicing it ever since. I have been nothing but happy with all the results since day 1. We love our pool and I know I can always call Pool Fever if there is an issue because I trust them and know they are going to do everything properly.
