Question 1

What happens when I bring in a water sample or book a repair?

Accepted Answer

For water care, bring in a sample and we'll test it for free and talk you through exactly what your pool or spa needs. For repairs, give us a call and describe the issue, we'll get back to you promptly and arrange a visit or drop-off as needed.

Question 2

How much does a hot tub or pool repair cost?

Accepted Answer

Every repair is different, so we assess the issue first and talk you through the likely cost before any work begins. There's no pressure and no surprise charges, just straight answers.

Question 3

Are you insured and will the work be guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we're fully insured, and repairs are carried out with care so the work holds up, not just a quick fix that fails again soon after.

How quickly can you get to a broken hot tub or pool?

Accepted Answer

We know a spa breakdown can be a genuine emergency, especially in winter, so we respond as quickly as we can. Call us and we'll give you a realistic timeframe straight away.

Question 5

Do you offer any advice on keeping ongoing costs down?

Accepted Answer

Yes, part of what we do is help customers understand their water chemistry so they're not overspending on chemicals or calling out repairs unnecessarily. Ask us in-store or over the phone.
