Question 1

How does the process work from first contact to installation?

Accepted Answer

You get in touch by phone or email, Karl comes out to measure and assess the job, and offers advice based on your home. Once you're happy, you get a fixed quote and a clear timeframe, then the work is carried out and everything is tidied up afterwards.

Question 2

Do you provide fixed quotes, and how much will my job cost?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every job is quoted individually after a free, no-obligation visit to measure up and discuss what you need. You'll receive a clear, competitive price before any work begins, with no pressure to commit.

Question 3

Are you insured and is the work guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

KP Building Services is fully insured, and every installation is carried out to a high standard with workmanship you can rely on. As a family run business, Karl stands behind every job personally.

Question 4

How long does an installation take?

Accepted Answer

Many installations, such as a single front door, can be completed in a morning. Larger jobs involving multiple windows or doors are scheduled and completed as quickly as possible without cutting corners, often within a few weeks of your initial enquiry.

Question 5

Do you offer finance or help with grants for home improvements?

Accepted Answer

Get in touch to discuss your project and budget, and Karl will talk through the options available for your specific job.

Question 6
