Bi-folds need an accurate opening and a level threshold to run properly, so the survey checks the structural opening as well as the finish you want. Frame colour and configuration are agreed before anything is ordered.
Fitting involves removing whatever was there before, installing the track and frame square and level, then hanging and adjusting each panel so it runs smoothly. Once everything's tested and sealed, the area is cleared and tidied.
