FAQs
Common questions
How does the process work?
It starts with a free on-site consultation where I walk your yard and talk through your goals. From there I put together a design and a fixed written quote, and once you approve it, my crew gets to work building your pool properly from start to finish.
How much does an inground pool cost?
Every pool is different, so I quote each project individually after seeing your yard and understanding what you want. You'll get a clear, fixed written price before any work begins, so there are no surprises later.
Are you insured, and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I'm fully insured and stand behind every pool I build with a workmanship guarantee. Safety and quality are treated as priorities on every job site, from the first day of digging to final handover.
How long does a pool installation take?
Timelines depend on the size and design of the pool, ground conditions and weather, and I'll give you a realistic schedule once I've seen your yard. I keep homeowners updated throughout so you always know where the project stands.
Do you offer financing?
I can talk through your options and point you toward financing that may be available for pool projects. Ask during your free consultation and I'll help you understand what's realistic for your budget.
What areas do you serve?
I build pools throughout Johnson City and the surrounding communities in Northeast Tennessee. Get in touch to check if your area is included.
