Inground Pool Installation
Inground Pool Installation in Johnson City
Gunite and vinyl inground pools, excavated, plumbed and built to fit your yard.
Building an inground pool means coordinating excavation, structural work, plumbing and electrical, all on your property, all on a schedule you can plan around. I walk the yard first to check grade, access for equipment, and where the pool will actually sit in relation to your house and property lines before anything is dug.
Once the shape and depth are set, the crew excavates, sets steel, plumbs the lines and pours or installs the shell, followed by coping, decking tie-in and the equipment pad. I stay on site through each stage so the pool goes in the way it was planned, not the way it's easiest to build.
What's included
- Site excavation and grading
- Steel, gunite or vinyl liner construction
- Plumbing, electrical and equipment tie-in
- Coping, tile and interior finish
- Fencing and safety barrier coordination
- Final fill and startup

We could not be happier. After speaking with a few other companies we were discouraged. We walked our neighborhood and talked to a homeowner that had a pool put in the prior year and they invited us to take a look. It was beautiful and the size we were interested in. They had recently moved to the neighborhood and told us they had a pool at there previous home put in many years ago and had no issues so they called the same company Foxx Pools. Two days later we met with Andy of FOXX Pools . He was very informative we learned far more from his visit and about in-ground pools than we heard from the other installers. Andy and his crew were great. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up daily, safety was a priority.
