Pool Design & Planning
Pool Design & Planning in Johnson City
Shape, depth, equipment placement and decking worked out on paper before any digging starts.
Every pool I build starts with a plan, not a dig. I come out to the property, look at grade, drainage, tree lines, existing structures and how the family actually wants to use the space, then work out a shape and depth that fits the yard instead of a stock layout dropped in regardless of what's there.
That plan covers where the equipment pad sits, how the plumbing runs, and how decking and surrounds tie back into the house, so by the time excavation starts you know exactly what's being built and where.
What's included
- On-site yard assessment
- Shape, size and depth layout
- Equipment and plumbing placement
- Decking and surround planning
- Written scope before work begins
- Permitting and utility checks

We could not be happier. After speaking with a few other companies we were discouraged. We walked our neighborhood and talked to a homeowner that had a pool put in the prior year and they invited us to take a look. It was beautiful and the size we were interested in. They had recently moved to the neighborhood and told us they had a pool at there previous home put in many years ago and had no issues so they called the same company Foxx Pools. Two days later we met with Andy of FOXX Pools . He was very informative we learned far more from his visit and about in-ground pools than we heard from the other installers. Andy and his crew were great. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up daily, safety was a priority.
