Question 1

What's the process for building or renovating a pool with you?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a free, no-obligation site survey where I come out, look at your property and talk through what you want. From there I put together a design and a clear written quote, then manage the full build or renovation myself so you're dealing with one team throughout, not a string of separate contractors.

Question 2

How much does a new pool or renovation cost, and do you give fixed quotes?

Accepted Answer

Every pool is different, so every project is quoted individually after I've seen the site and understood what you're after. You'll get a clear, fixed written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises partway through the build.

Question 3

Are you insured, and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I'm fully insured, and I stand behind every project with a workmanship guarantee. If an issue comes up after completion, including under warranty, my team addresses it promptly rather than leaving you to chase it up.

Question 4

How long does a pool build or renovation take?

Accepted Answer

Timelines depend on the scope, whether it's a full new build or a renovation of an existing pool, and I'll give you a realistic schedule as part of your fixed quote after the survey. I keep you updated throughout so you always know where the project stands.

Question 5

Do you offer financing, or help with any incentives?

Accepted Answer

I'm happy to talk through your budget and options during the free survey. Ask about financing when we meet and I'll point you toward what's available for your project.

Question 6

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

I'm based in Nashville and build and renovate pools throughout the surrounding area, including Franklin, Brentwood, Antioch, Nolensville and nearby communities. Get in touch and I'll confirm whether your property is within reach.
