Fencing in Derby
Fence panels, posts and gravel boards put in straight, giving a tidy boundary that stands up to the weather.
Fencing goes wrong when the posts move, so I set every post properly in concrete before anything else goes up. Panels or feather board are then fitted level and square, with gravel boards along the bottom to keep timber off the wet ground and stop it rotting early.
Where a garden needs a gate as well as a boundary fence, that's fitted and hung as part of the same job so it all lines up. Old fencing is taken down and removed, so you're left with a finished boundary and nothing to clear away yourself.
